They were patient with me from the start. Answered every question. I wanted more photos made and they did so and shipped it then with it. 2 extra photos that I can swap out. The entire thing is perfect. Heavy and sturdy. I can’t stop staring at it. Coming from the UK the shipping was really fast, I was shocked at that. The place for our messages is beautifully made, looks like the stitched the the boarder around it, gorgeous. All of it is perfect
